Personal data processing policy in accordance with GDPR and Czech legislation.

1. Data controller

The data controller is nopShop Solutions s.r.o., Company ID 08950709, VAT ID CZ08950709, registered office at Dukelská 673, 391 02 Sezimovo Ústí II, Czech Republic.

2. What data we process

Within the contact form and inquiries, we process the following personal data:

  • first and last name
  • email address
  • phone number (optional)
  • company name (optional)
  • content of your message
  • technical data (IP address, browser, time of submission)

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data for:

  • Handling your inquiry — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures)
  • Compliance with legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (e.g. invoicing, tax obligations)
  • Legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (analytics cookies, protection against abuse)

4. Retention period

Data from inquiry forms is retained for the period necessary to handle your inquiry, but for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Data from contractual relationships is retained for the period required by law (typically 10 years).

5. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may only be shared with:

  • processors — hosting providers, email service providers and analytics tools
  • public authorities where required by law

We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA.

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • right of access
  • right to rectification
  • right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • right to restriction of processing
  • right to data portability
  • right to object to processing
  • right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
