How can the e-shop really be free for 6 months?
nopCommerce is an open-source platform with a license that nobody — not us, not you — ever pays for. Our product is expertise, not a license fee. We treat the first 6 months as an investment into a long-term partnership: we believe once you see what nopCommerce can do (multi-store, multi-language, multi-currency, B2B and B2C in a single install, unlimited products), you will want to stay. After 6 months you pay only hosting — the actual cost of keeping your data on our server.

What exactly do I get in the "Free e-shop" offer?
A professional nopCommerce install on your own domain on our server, full setup, HTTPS certificate, the default nopCommerce plugins (payments, shipping, exports) and a bonus plugin "Heureka + Zbozi + GLAMI XML feed" worth €280 (6,900 CZK incl. What is NOT included for free?
Deployment and the first 6 months of hosting are free. If you choose not to continue, we hand you a full backup of the e-shop and shut down the server — the code and data are yours.

How much will hosting cost after 6 months?
It depends on project size. For a starting store from €14/month, for a mid-sized store €32–€76/month, for enterprise installs with high traffic — individually. We price by real resource usage, no flat fees and no hidden costs.

Can I have multiple stores, languages and currencies?
Yes, with no limits and no extra fees. nopCommerce includes multi-store out of the box — from a single admin you can run any number of separate e-shops on different domains (e.g. shop.com, shop.de, shop.pl…), in any number of languages and currencies. This is the biggest advantage over boxed solutions, which charge per domain or language.

Who is this offer for?
Ideal for starting entrepreneurs who want to sell online but do not want to be locked into a platform with monthly fees and limits (Shopify, BigCommerce…). Also for anyone considering migration from a SaaS solution and wanting to try nopCommerce without commitment. The offer is not designed for existing large e-shops requiring data migration — those are handled as a standard project.

What if nopCommerce does not work for me after 6 months?

Why nopCommerce and not WooCommerce or PrestaShop?
nopCommerce is the most mature open-source e-commerce platform on .NET. 17+ years of development, used by Volvo, Reebok, BMW and Microsoft, 300+ out-of-the-box features (multi-store, B2B, multi-vendor, loyalty program, gift cards, RMA…). Can I customize the design?
Yes — the default nopCommerce theme is included (clean, mobile, professional). A custom design or theme can be quoted separately. For most starting stores the default theme is sufficient — it's responsive and SEO-optimized.

What if I need a feature nopCommerce does not have out of the box?
We build it as a plugin at our standard hourly rate. Our philosophy: never touch the nopCommerce core. Everything is delivered as separate plugins, so your e-shop stays upgrade-safe.
